After much prayer and being led by the Holy Spirit Rev. Sean Levias founded Spiritual Blessings Ministries on August 27 in the year of our Lord 2014. Having received blessings from his grandmother, Mother Edna Lockhart, Founder of the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church of Washington, Co-Pastor Reverend Sean and his 1st Lady Sister DeAndrea Levias, resigned from Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church of Washington, and answered the call to found their own body of Christ.

Founding members include 1st Lady DeAndrea Levias, Dr. Leticia Maragh, Bro. Deighton Maragh, Sis. Earldean Hill, Sis. Deanna Edna Lisa Ayala, Sis. Cierra Levias, Sis. Daija Levias, Sis. Anjae Levias, Bro. DeAndre Levias, Bro. TreSean Levias, Sis. Theresa Tobin, Bro. Andre Richie, Bro. Peter Maragh, Bro. Darien Maragh, and little Sister Mariah Maragh.

A vote was called and Spiritual Blessings Ministries was born August 31, 2014. The first seven services were held at the home of Bro. Deighton and Dr. Leticia Maragh. Our first service was called to order by Pastor Levias, but it was little Sister Mariah Maragh who said “let’s get this party started”, and she started singing “Jesus is on the main line, tell him what you want”. You could feel the sweetness of the Holy Spirit as He filled the room. On October 26, 2014 Spiritual Blessings ministries begin holding their service at the Bryn Mawr United Methodist church, thanks to their Pastor Edsel Goldson and congregation. Services were held there until July 24, 2016. 

Beginning August 14, 2016, Spiritual Blessings was blessed to secure a new location at the Columbia Lakewood Community Church at 5005 S Ferdinand St, Seattle, WA 98118. 

Being led to follow the word of God, our Pastor went out to seek a church covering. On June 7, 2015 our church was covered under the watchful eye of the Restoration Bible Church and their Pastor Bishop George Noble. During that time it was decided the church name would become Spiritual Blessings Christian Church.

On June 14, 2015 Rev. Sean Levias was installed as the 1st Pastor of the Spiritual Blessings Christian Church. The installation service was carried out by  Rev. Dr. Thomas Tobin, Pastor of the St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church, with the help of Rev. Dr. Allan Gooden Pastor of New Life Christian Church, and also Bishop Ivory Harris Pastor of God First International Church.
